Baby diapers production line

Have you ever questioned how the soft, incredible diapers that wick away moisture and help keep baby from wet undergo a substantial procedure prior to it reaches stores? It's true! Everything starts from the very raw materials such as cotton, plastic and special absorbent materials that are meticulously filtered to ensure they are most suitable for baby use.

Cotton is first cleaned properly so all debris and dirt are out of it. At the most basic level, it is developed into plush fibers that are comfortable and safe for baby skin. The plastic is then melted down and becomes a molten material cast into thin sheets, which make up the top layer of diaper with Welldone Impamp Baby Diaper Machine.

How baby diapers are made in a production line.

Fluffy cotton fibers and absorbent materials are combined ideally by gluing them together, to get what is referred to as the 'diaper core.' Welldone Impamp automatic diaper changing machine is the heart of a diaper where absorbent bead are placed. It then goes through the diaper core system and is sandwiched between two layers of plastic creating what we call a “diaper shell. This shell makes sure that everything stays safe and leak proof.

The shells are then cut, adding elastic bands and tabs to the production line with waistbands. These parts help to secure the nappy in place so, it doesn't burst when baby's plays or while they are sleeping. Then when all the diapers are compiled they get packed up and sent off to store shelves so parents can purchase them for their little ones.
